Items ship within 5–7 business days of your order. We ship within the United States, and local pickup is available in Nashville. Tracking is available upon request.

Every piece is packaged with care. That said, we aren't liable for delays, damage, or errors once a package is in the carrier's hands.

All sales are final. Because each piece is one of a kind and described as honestly as we can, we don't offer returns or refunds.

If a piece arrives damaged in transit, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll do what we can to help.

Every item at Montgomery Gate is antique or vintage, and pre-loved by nature. Small imperfections are part of their history, not flaws — and we disclose any condition notes to the best of our ability in each listing.
